- Open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Roofoods Limited (trading as "Deliveroo") and their agents.
- Competition will run from 4 May 2017 at 12:00 Noon until 10 May 2017 at 17:59.
- To enter Competition, entrants must complete the survey at https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/JMNYPCG. Entry will only be valid upon confirmation of the survey being submitted.
- Prize: One Voucher consisting of £50 in Deliveroo credit to be used via the Deliveroo service. The Voucher will be a voucher code sent via email to the user.
- Winner Selection: All entries received during the Promotion Period will be submitted into a prize draw. Winner appraisal and selection will be conducted after midday on 11 May 2017.
- Winner notification: The winners will be notified privately within 7 days of the competition ending. The winner has 7 days to respond to initial notification confirming they wish to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within 8 days the prize may be awarded to the next randomly selected winner.
- These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
