Deliveroo & Mastercard - Win UEFA Champions League Final Tickets, 10 April 2017

Eligibility: to enter the Deliveroo UEFA Champions League Final Cardiff 2017 promotion ("Promotion") participants must be 18 years or over, holders of a valid Mastercard and resident in England, Scotland, or Wales.  Residents of Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland  and employees, officers and workers (or their family members) of the Promoter (as defined below), Mastercard, and affiliates of the Promoter or Mastercard may not enter this Promotion.  

  1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the Promotion.  By taking part in this Promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms.
  2.  Promotional Period: the Promotion will run from 00:00 (GMT) on Monday 10 April 2017 until 23:59 (GMT) on Sunday 21 May 2017.
  3. In order to have your name include in the draw for the Promotion, participants must be an eligible participant and complete a Qualifying Transaction.
  4. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, a "Qualifying Transaction" means the placing of a fulfilled Deliveroo order, of any value, using a credit card or debit card that has been duly issued and authorised as a Mastercard (a "Mastercard") during the Promotional Period.
  5. A Qualifying Transaction equals one entry to the Promotion. Multiple Qualifying Transactions are permitted per participant and shall be entered into the draw.
  6. Prize: (i) a pair of tickets to the UEFA Champions League Final Cardiff 2017 to be held at the Principality Football Stadium in Cardiff, Wales on 3rd June 2017 ("Event"); (ii) one night's accommodation in a double or twin room at a hotel to be selected by the Promoter (at a value of £120, including VAT); and (iii) spending allowance of £500 to be put towards transport, meals, drinks, and tips for the duration of the trip ("Spending Allowance"). The total value of prize £1,170.
  7. The Prize is as stated and nothing else is included. The Winner (and guest) is responsible for all travel and other related expenses not forming part of the Prize, including but not limited to transport to travel insurance, and any transport, meal or other costs in excess of the Spending Allowance.
  8. There is no cash or other alternative to the Prize, in whole or in part.  The Prize is not transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the Prize if it is transferred.
  9. Winner Selection: All valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotional Period will be entered into a prize draw to be conducted within 5 working days of the end of the Promotional Period and, for your total confidence, the draw shall be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service. The Judge's decision is final.
  10. Winner notification: The Winner will be notified via email and/or phone on or before Monday 29 May 2017. Winners have 24 hours to respond to initial notification ("Prize Notification") confirming they wish to claim the Prize. If the selected Winner does not respond within 24 hours from the Prize Notification, that Winner shall no longer be deemed eligible to claim the Prize and the PromoVeritas shall select an alternative Winner from random from the remaining valid entries.  That Winner shall have 24 hours to respond to the Prize Notification confirming they wish to claim the Prize. The Promoter and PromoVeritas and shall continue the selection process until a Winner has accepted the Prize.
  11. Winner's details will be available by sending an email to support@deliveroo.co.uk.
  12.  The Prize is subject to the following conditions of acceptance: (i) Winner must claim Prize within 24 hours of notification and shall provide the Promoter with such details as the Promoter may reasonably require in order to issue the Prize (including but not limited to the Winner and their guest's full name, postal address and date of birth); ii) The Prize is only available on the Event date; iii) the Winner may need to provide valid credit or debit card details to the Hotel at check-in as a security deposit.
  13. The Winner and their guest must each bring a copy of their government issued photo ID, such as a passport, or driver's license, to gain entry to the Event. Admission to the Event may be refused without presentation of valid ID.
  14. By entering the Promotion, each Participant acknowledges that their (and their guest's) name and image may be used for printing, broadcast, publicity and promotional purposes, including but not limited to the Promoter's websites and social media accounts without compensation.  Winners and their guest may be requested to participate in publicity arising from the Promotion and are obliged to provide quotes as and when requested but are not obliged to participate in photographic publicity.
  15. All personal details will be held in accordance with the Deliveroo Privacy Policy at https://deliveroo.co.uk/privacy. We will process the information about you in accordance with that policy.  By taking part in the Promotion, you consent and you procure that you shall obtain the consent of your guest to such processing including the sharing of your personal information with our suppliers assisting with the conduct of the Promotion and the Promotion activities.
  16. By accepting the Prize you: (i) consent to us sharing your personal data with Mastercard and (ii) confirm that you have procured the consent of your guest in order for us to share their personal data with Mastercard. Such information may be further transmitted to the responsible bodies (such as UEFA and  the tax authorities) if said bodies request Mastercard to do so. Such personal data may include data concerning your and your guest's identity and contact details and such data shall only be processed by Mastercard for the purposes of bookkeeping and ticket(s) holder(s) management and will only be retained by Mastercard for so long as is necessary for these purposes.
  17. You have a right to access your personal information held by us or Mastercard. You may request that the Promoter ceases to use such information. Any request for this should be made in writing to hello@deliveroo.co.uk or by writing to us at Roofoods Ltd, 22-24 Torrington Place, London, WC1E 7HJ, United Kingdom and a small fee will be charged for providing the requested information. You may also request access to and/or rectification of their personal data by contacting Mastercard Europe, Sponsorships, 198A Chaussée deTervuren, 1410 Waterloo, Belgium (facsimile: + 32 2 352 4968), or by emailing privacy_europe@Mastercard.com.
  18. All personal and other information relating to participants will be retained by us for a reasonable period after the Promotion ends for auditing and legal reasons and to deal with any queries relating to the Promotion.
  19. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
  20. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which us beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
  21. The Promoter cannot guarantee that the Event will be free from disruptions, failings or cancellations.  The Promoter is not liable for such disruptions, failings or cancellations unless they are caused by our negligence.
  22. Neither the Promoter nor any of its affiliates or partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or incurred by any person, including but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of entering the Promotion or during the course of accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
  23. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this Promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control.

  25. By accepting the Prize, the Winner and the Winner's guest agrees to comply with all terms and conditions on the Event tickets.
  26. These Terms and are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
  27. Event tickets are courtesy of Mastercard, Official Sponsor of the UEFA Champions League.
