Yasai yaki soba
It's vibrant, it's vegan and it's your new go-to lunch at your laptop. Yasai yaki soba is a bed of rice noodles or thick udon, twirled around mushrooms, crunchy peppers, beansprouts, spring onions, crispy fried shallots and zingy pickled ginger that's sprinkled with sesame seeds.
This side dish makes a great sidekick for your yasai yaki soba. Yasai gyoza are packed with veggies then steamed and grilled to get that golden crispy outside edge. These dunkable dumplings are also served with a sauce for dipping.
Whether you get them sprinkled with salt or chilli garlic salt, once you start popping these bright green beans out of the pod it's hard to stop.
Here's a winter warmer that'll get you through a drab day. Yasai itame is a fragrant and cosy combination of tofu, vegetables and rice noodles swimming in a spicy green coconut and lemongrass soup. It's finished with a scattering of coriander and a juicy wedge of fresh lime.
As salads go, it's tougher to get one fresher than this. It's a rainbow of raw carrots, mixed leaves, edamame beans, sweet plum tomatoes with pickled mooli and seaweed for a sour and salty hit. It's drizzled with a soy dressing and a sprinkling of fried shallots.
Kare burosu ramen
This is a curl up on the sofa kind of bowl. When the weather lets you down a steamy kare burosu ramen won't. You get a tangle of thick udon noodles, earthy mushrooms and shichimi-coated silken tofu in a hearty curried broth.
Warm chilli yasai salad
Wagamama's warm chilli yasai salad is all about contrast – cool, refreshing baby gem lettuce with tofu, stir-fried red peppers, mangetout and broccoli, topped with sticky sweet chilli dressing and crunchy cashews.
Yasai samla curry
Vegan-friendly food can be creamy too, but you won't find a splash of dairy in this dish. Yasai samla curry is a spicy lemongrass and coconut sauce with tofu, peppers and shitake mushrooms. It's served with a side of fluffy white rice to help pick up every last drop of that coconutty curry.
Yasai pad thai
Here's a plant-based twist on a classic pad thai. You still get all those sweet and salty flavours, but this dish swaps out fish sauce for amai sauce. It's then stirred through ribbons of rice noodles wrapped around tofu, beansprouts, leeks and red onion. To top it off, it's garnished with peanuts, fried shallots, mint, coriander and that all important lime wedge to squeeze over it.
