Bangkok is rightly famed as one of the world's most vibrant, happening cities. Armed with that local intel, Busaba's chefs toured Bangkok searching for the very best dishes, new techniques and new flavours to inspire twenty-five new dishes they would go on to add to their menu.
Fancy some meat that brings the heat? The Songkhla beef red curry, with cherry tomatoes and banana peppers is spicy and cooling in all the right places. You can easily imagine slurping this sitting on a Bangkok bench!

Fancy something with a bit more meat on its bones? Check out the charcoal grilled guinea fowl skewers with Thai roti or the timeless classic that is the black pepper beef noodle. If you're in the mood for something lighter, then try the soy-marinated Asian salmon fillet with spinach and baby gem, bursting with clean and healthy flavours.
