Ingredients (for one):
- 50ml cachaça
- 1 lime
- 3 teaspoons of caster sugar
- Crushed ice
- Mint garnish (optional)
How to make your caipirinha
Step one
Cut a lime into wedges.
Step two
Muddle together with three teaspoons of sugar in a strong glass tumbler.
Step three
Add crushed ice and 50ml of cachaça.
Step four
Stir well, and sip slowly. Cheers!
