DELIVEROO PROMOTION RULES

These are the terms and conditions ("Rules") that apply to the Pepsi Max UEFA Football Competition ("Promotion"). By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to these Rules and confirms they have read and understood the Deliveroo Privacy Notice at https://deliveroo.co.uk/privacy.

  1. Promoter: Roofoods Limited (trading as Deliveroo), a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with registered company number 08167130 and registered office address at River Building, Level 1 Cannon Bridge House, 1 Cousin Lane, London EC4R 3TE  ("Deliveroo").
  1. Entry period: The Promotion opens for entry at 10:00am (UK time) on 12/05/2022 and closes at 11:59 pm (UK time) on 31/07/2022 ("Entry Period"). There will be an additional "wrap up draw" between 01/08/22 and 31/01/23.
  1. Eligibility: 
  1. To participate in the Promotion, entrants must be a legal resident of England, Scotland, Republic of Ireland or Wales and 18 years old at the time of entry. Residents of Northern Ireland are excluded. 
  2. A limit of two (2) entries per person, per day applies to this Promotion.
  3. Internet access and an active Deliveroo account are required to enter the Promotion.
  4. Deliveroo reserves the right at any time to require proof of eligibility in such form as Deliveroo reasonably considers necessary.
  1. Not eligible: The following persons are not eligible to enter the Promotion: (i) any employee or other individual engaged by Promoter or any of its associated companies; (ii) members of the immediate family and/or household (whether related or not) of any of those individuals; and (iii) anyone else professionally involved with the operation or administration of the Promotion.
  1. How to enter: To enter the Promotion, entrants must log into the entrant's Deliveroo account on www.deliveroo.co.uk or the Deliveroo app during the Entry Period and place a Qualifying Order. A "Qualifying Order" means a paid-for and delivered Deliveroo order which includes any Pepsi Max, Walkers Max crisps or any Doritos products.
  1. Scan the QR code on the back of the pack with a mobile camera or go to www.getmatchready.co.uk where the customer will need to enter their email address, full name, mobile number, preferred venue, product purchased, and confirm they are  over 18 years of age at the time of entry. ROI residents will be asked to successfully complete a game of skill.
  2. Enter the batch code from pack. On Walkers Max and Doritos packs the batch code can be found on the back of pack. On Pepsi Max the batch code can be found on the bottom of the can, or on the bottle neck for PET packs. See www.getmatchready.co.uk/faqs for further details.
  3. Please retain all packaging with any unique codes as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to receive their Prize
  1. Prizes: There are three separate prize elements to be won in this Promotion ("Prize") . Main Promotion Ticket Prize Winner Selection: There are five hundred (500) pairs of tickets to a UEFA Women's Euro 2022 game. There is one (x1) cash prize of £10 (or Euro equivalent). Ticket prizes shall consist of 2 tickets to a UEFA Women's Euro 2022 game only and any travel, accommodation or out of pocket expenses are excluded.  Winners shall be required to download and keep the UEFA ticket mobile app, details of which will be provided in the email sent to winners at time of win. Tickets are issued subject to UEFA's ticketing terms and conditions which can be found here and UEFA's stadium rules which can be found here. Wrap up Draw Prize: Consists of one (x1) cash prize of £500 (or Euro equivalent) to be won in the "wrap up period". Max 1 x pair of tickets and 1 x cash prize in total per person. Maximum of 2 entries is permitted per person per day during the Promotion Period. Each purchase may only be used to enter once. Whilst we want customers to enjoy this promotion, we discourage over consumption. Please do not purchase more product than you can reasonably consume to increase your chances of winning.  Single prize pool across all promotional products.
  2. Prize conditions: The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and is not for resale. 
  1. Winner selection: All eligible entries will be entered into a draw and selected at random. Prizes will be available via "winning moments" (days, hours, minutes, seconds) set between 10:00 BST on 12 May 2022 and 23:59 BST on 16 July 2022. These moments have been randomly selected by an independent verification service. If an entrant's time of valid entry is the first to fall on or after a winning moment, they win the Prize randomly pre-allocated to that moment. If two entries are received at the same time, the entry processed by the server first will be the winning entry. Any Prizes not won before the next winning moment are rolled over and will be allocated to the winner in the next winning moment. Instant Win: Customers can find out instantly if they are a winner of the UEFA Women's Euro 2022 match tickets via scanning the QR code and entering their details. Tickets for each venue are limited. If tickets to the preferred venue are not available at time of win, winners will receive tickets to an alternative venue. Winners will also find out instantly if they are a cash prize winner. Winners will then receive an email with a secure link to claim.
  1. Winner notification:  Main Promotion Ticket Prize Winner Notification: Winners will be notified instantly on screen and redemption instructions will appear on screen. Winners can then choose a UEFA Women's Euro 2022 game for which they want tickets, subject to availability, and to confirm their email address to claim their Prize. If a winner does not follow the instructions at time of win, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and return the Prizes to Prize pool which may be won by another entrant during the Promotion Period. Main Promotion Cash Winner Notification: Winners will be notified instantly on screen and will receive an email sent to the email address used at time of entry which contains a unique claim link that will allow the winner to claim their prize by providing full name, bank account number and sort code. Prizes to be claimed within 3 months of the date of win. Wrap up Draw Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted via the email address provided upon entry within 5 working days of the draw and will be required to respond to confirm identity, eligibility plus acceptance of the prize within 14 days of initial contact. In the event a winner does not respond to communications within 14 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from all remaining entries in the prize draw, with the originally selected winner forfeiting their right to the prize.

Prize delivery:  Main promotion Ticket Prize Delivery: Ticket winners will be sent an email containing a link which will take them to UEFA's ticketing system where winners and their guests will be required to register and provide identification to claim their tickets. Following successful prize claim, e-tickets for two to a UEFA Women's Euro 2022 game will be sent to winners by email to the email address used at time of claim or delivered to the UEFA mobile app downloaded by the winner Prizes will usually be delivered within 2 days but in the unlikely event that a Prize doesn't arrive within 7 days of the winner claiming their Prize, winners will have a further 7 days to inform the Promoter by contacting us at getmatchready@responsehandlingteam.co.uk. In the event that a winner does not inform the Promoter within this timeframe, the Promoter will reserve the right to not reissue the prize or limit its value at their sole discretion. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect email details provided by the winner. Main Promotion Cash Prize Delivery: All cash prize transfers are via BACS made by the Promoter's agency. Bank transfer is the only method of prize transfer available. Prizes will usually be delivered within 5 – 12 days but in the unlikely event that a Prize doesn't arrive within 60 days of the winner claiming their Prize, winners will have a further 28 days to inform the Promoter by contacting us at getmatchready@responsehandlingteam.co.uk. In the event that a winner does not inform the Promoter within this timeframe, the Promoter will reserve the right to not reissue the prize or limit its value at their sole discretion. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect bank account details provided by the winner. Wrap up Draw Prize Delivery: If you receive a notification that you are the Wrap Up Draw Prize winner, you will be asked to provide postal address details and your bank account details to which your Prize will be sent within 28 days of confirming details. In the unlikely event that a Prize doesn't arrive within this timeframe, the winners will have a further 28 days to inform the Promoter by emailing getmatchready@responsehandlingteam.co.uk. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.
  1. Publicity: By entering this Promotion, each entrant agrees that in the event of a win, the entrant will take part in reasonable publicity connected with the Promotion if requested and that the Promoter is entitled (but not obliged) to use the winner's name and image in connection with such publicity.  Each entrant agrees that the Promoter may share, publish or promote any image, video, text or other content submitted or uploaded to any website in connection with this Promotion on its corporate website, blogs or its Facebook, Instagram or Twitter account.
  1. Liability: Deliveroo will not be liable for: (i) any loss that is not caused by Deliveroo (or any person acting on Deliveroo's behalf); (ii) any loss caused by any event or circumstance beyond Deliveroo's reasonable control; (iii) any loss of profits or revenue, loss of anticipated savings or loss of goodwill; or (iv) any unavailability of the Deliveroo website or app. However, nothing in these Rules limits or excludes any person's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or for any matter for which it would be illegal to limit or exclude liability. In particular, consumers have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described and services which are not performed with reasonable care and skill and these legal rights are in addition to and are not affected in any way by anything contained in these Rules. Further advice about consumer rights is available from any local Citizens' Advice Bureau (https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/) or local Trading Standards office (https://www.gov.uk/find-local-trading-standards-office).] The Promoter is not responsible in the event that a winner fails to receive their Prize as a result of having provided inaccurate or incorrect email address or bank account details.
  1. No Endorsement: This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram and Twitter ("Social Networks") or any other third party save as expressly stated otherwise. Access to Social Networks is at all times subject to the relevant Social Network's rules, terms and policies. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Social Networks and any other social networking platform on which the Promotion is communicated shall have no liability to any person in connection with or arising out of the Promotion howsoever caused, including for any costs, expenses, damages and other liabilities.
  1. Interference with the Promotion: Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the content or legitimate operation of this Promotion is prohibited and may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws and in these circumstances Promoter reserves all its rights and remedies.
  1. Cancellation and variation: Promoter reserves the right to vary, suspend or cancel the Promotion and/or these Rules if it considers it necessary or appropriate to do so, including but not limited to if:
  1. there is any actual or anticipated breach of applicable law;
  2. fraud, abuse, and/or an error (either human or machine) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes or offers; or
  3. variation, suspension or cancellation is necessary due to an event outside Promoter's reasonable control.

In the event of cancellation, the Prize may be awarded to a winner drawn from entries received prior to cancellation.

  1. Disqualification: Without limiting the options available to Promoter, Promoter reserves the right at any time to disqualify entries or entrants (including the winner) that Promoter regards as being in breach of these Rules, any applicable laws, any terms and conditions referred to in these Rules or the spirit of the Promotion. An entry must be made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force', masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant's entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the rules of the Promotion, that entrant's entries will be disqualified and any Prize awarded will be void. Entrants are not permitted to enter using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator. The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any entrant's fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if the Prize has been awarded.
  1. Disclosure of winner's details: By entering this Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that in the event of a win their surname and county of residence may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way, or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting Promoter using the contact details at the end of these Rules. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that Promoter may nevertheless disclose the relevant information, and the entrant's entry, to the UK's Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. This may happen where Promoter is required to demonstrate that it has awarded the prizes advertised. To request disclosure of winners' details, enquirers must submit a request to  within three months of the end of the Promotion. Details will only be disclosed (if permitted by law) after the Prizes have been validly claimed. Except where a winner has requested that their details are not shared, the e-ticket and Wrap Up Draw winners' details (abbreviated names only will be available for a period of 30 days by emailing getmatchready@responsehandlingteam.co.uk, using "Winners' List" in the subject line, between 01.03.2023 – 30.03.2023. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
  1. Accessing these Rules: Any website on which these Rules are posted is only intended to be accessed from England, Scotland and Wales, and where permitted by law. Promoter makes no representation that materials relating to this Promotion are appropriate or available for use at other locations. Access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is strictly prohibited. In the Republic of Ireland this promotion is being carried out under a lottery license granted by the Dublin Metropolitan District Court on 16/03/2022. The lottery license is held by Pieta House of First Floor Greenhills Retail Park, Greenhills Road, Tallaght Dublin 24, Dublin (Charity No: CHY16913).
  1. Severance and waiver: If any part of these Rules is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the rest of these Rules will not be affected. Promoter's failure to enforce any term of these Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
  1. Disputes: Subject to Rule 22, if there is a dispute about the Promotion or these Rules, Deliveroo's decisions are final. If there is a dispute between these Rules and any other document referred to in these Rules, these Rules take precedence to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict.
  1. Law and jurisdiction: The Promotion and these Rules are governed by English law, and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that residents of Scotland may also bring proceedings in the Scottish courts.
  1. Personal data: Entrants acknowledge that any personal data of entrants processed in connection with this Promotion will be processed in accordance with the Deliveroo Privacy Notice at https://deliveroo.co.uk/privacy. In particular:
  1. Deliveroo is the controller in respect of entrants' personal data obtained in connection with the Promotion.
  1. Deliveroo will process, and permit the processing of, entrants' personal data for the purposes described in these Rules and Deliveroo's Privacy Notice, which purposes include the administration of the Promotion.
  1. It is necessary for Deliveroo to use entrants' personal data to perform its obligations to entrants in relation to the administration of the Promotion or it is in Deliveroo's legitimate interest to use entrants' personal data in the ways described in these Rules in order to ensure the proper administration of the Promotion.
  1. Deliveroo may share entrants' personal data with certain Deliveroo vendors in order to assist with the administration of the Promotion.
  1. Deliveroo will retain entrants' personal data for as long as it is required for the purposes described in these Rules and Deliveroo's Privacy Notice.
  1. Entrants have certain rights in relation to their personal data, including: (i) to obtain copies of it; (ii) to have it corrected or deleted; (iii) to limit the way in which it is used; (iv) to object to its use; (v) to transfer it; (vi) not to be subject to decisions based on automated processing (including profiling); and (vii) to complain to the regulator, the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
