London is a melting pot of culture, so when it comes to cuisine, you couldn't be in a better place to order a new kind of food every night. From Chinese dim sum to Moroccan tagines, there's no end to what's on offer, but the popularity of Vietnamese food seems to be growing by the day. With that in mind, here's our list of favourites if you'd like to give it a try…
This place is up there as one of the key players on London's Viet foodie scene with their list of classic Vietnamese dishes all served up with a contemporary twist. We love their take on pho – an aromatic national dish that blends a rice noodle soup with fresh herbs to make a spectacular broth – their Pho Chin adds slow-cooked, succulent beef brisket.

4. Hawker Vietnamese Street Food
Hawker's take a street-food approach, and their recreation of classic pho is not to be missed. Their rare beef pho has always been a favourite with takeaway customers – thinly-sliced rare silverside beef swimming in a delicately spiced chicken-infused broth, finished off with flat rice noodles and fresh herbs.
